Fitch Ratings assigned initial credit rating to MFI «Robocash.kz»

International rating agency Fitch Ratings assigned the Kazakh microfinance organization LLC MFI «Robocash.kz» (brand Zaimer) an initial credit rating.
«The assignment of a rating by the agency is an important step for the company and indicates its transparency, financial stability, and compliance with international standards,» noted the MFI press service.
Assigned ratings:
Long-term issuer default rating (LT IDR): B-
National long-term rating: B+(kaz)
Forecast for all ratings: Stable.
The «Stable» forecast means that Fitch does not expect any negative changes in the company’s stability in the medium term. In the conditions of tightening regulation and growing competition in the microfinance market, such an external assessment demonstrates that MFI «Robocash.kz» (brand Zaimer) successfully copes with challenges, maintaining a stable and efficient business model.
Key factors highlighted by Fitch:
The company occupies about 50% of the niche segment of the microfinance market in Kazakhstan and has consistently demonstrated positive financial results since 2018.
98% of the company’s funding as of the beginning of 2025 consists of equity, confirming its independence and reliability.
A large-scale diversification of credit products for the population, individual entrepreneurs, and small and medium-sized businesses is planned for 2025, indicating strategic development and diversification.

The MFI also noted that the assignment of a rating from Fitch opens up new opportunities for the company to interact with institutional investors and confirms its status as one of the most stable and technologically advanced players in the financial services market in Kazakhstan.
